VisaCheck provides an informational assessment based on your answers. It does not provide legal advice, immigration representation, or a guarantee of visa approval.
No government affiliation
VisaCheck is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, VFS center, government agency, or official visa authority.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for checking official requirements of the relevant embassy or visa center before applying.
Payment
The assessment fee is shown before payment. After payment, the system generates your assessment from submitted answers.
No guarantee
A high grade, percentage estimate, or positive signal does not guarantee visa approval. Final decision always belongs to the consular authority.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to submit false information, impersonate another person, or misuse the assessment output.
Limitation of liability
VisaCheck is not responsible for embassy decisions, application refusals, appointment issues, travel losses, or consequences caused by incomplete or inaccurate user-provided information.
