How we use your data
We use your answers to generate your visa risk assessment, show the result, process payment, prevent misuse, and maintain consent and compliance records.
AI processing
Your answers may be processed by AI providers to generate the assessment. The disclosure block in the flow is not used to train third-party AI models.
Data retention
Applicant assessment payloads are deleted on a 90-day schedule. We may keep consent, payment, and compliance records where required.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers needed for AI processing, payment, hosting, security, and compliance.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect submitted data, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
